My motto is “It’s not just about weight loss but about adding and maintaining fitness (AM Fitness).”

I started 10 years ago with weekly bootcamp sessions, personal training at various gyms and helping not just athletes but a variety of people on their healthy living journey.

Since then I have acquired certifications in personal training, group fitness training, online personal and group training and nutrition. I am CPR certified, a proud member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Herbalife Nutrition Independent Distributor.

I am the CEO of AM Fitness and owner of One Stop Fitness located at 5324 Bardstown Road in the Piccadilly Square Shopping Center.
